I. Speaking to a Generation in Transition

“This is the generation that will break chains,
not just follow trends.”

Freedom from fear, from family dysfunction, from mental health stigma, and from generational curses. You are called not just to build careers, but to build character. Not just to succeed, but to heal. And that journey begins within.

II. Self-Esteem Is Spiritual and Strategic

Self-esteem is not just about feeling good—it’s about knowing the truth about who you are. Your self-worth comes from God—not grades, not money, not applause.

Psalm 139:14 – “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

REMEMBER THIS:

  • You were never meant to live small or broken.

  • You were created with intention, and you are being healed with purpose.

III. Breaking the Curse

Galatians 3:13 – "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree.'"

Hear this out: "You are not your parents' pain and you are not your family's failure."

You are what God declared over you:

Ephesians 2:10 – “You are His masterpiece… created for good works.”

When you build self-esteem rooted in God’s truth:

  1. You choose better relationships.

  2. You make wiser career decisions.

  3. You stop repeating cycles.

  4. You lead with wholeness, not just hustle.

IV. Career Readiness Starts with Inner Readiness

Why do so many (not all, but most) people feel “stuck” in the wrong jobs/ dispositions in life?

Because their decisions came from a wounded place, not a whole one.

Remember this:

Your self-esteem becomes a compass:
When it’s broken, you drift.
When it’s healed, you move with purpose.

Proverbs 3:5-6“Trust in the Lord… He will direct your paths."

Proverbs 16:3 – “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”

REMEMBER THIS:

You are worthy.

You are capable.

You are called.

And with God—
you are more than ready.
