In this package, still you will need to accomplish the form. Please fill out all the necessary information that will serve as our guide throughout this project.

We require you to submit the following information in order for us to have a smooth and hassle-free project beforehand.

• Cover illustrations—if there is any available

• Book title

• Author’s name

• Illustrator’s name

• Book summary—just give us the gist of your book and it will be carefully reviewed by our team if the cover illustration and summary are absolutely jiving together. 

• A book blurb (also called a “back-cover blurb” or a “book description”)—is a short description of the book's main character and conflict, usually between 100 and 200 words, that traditionally included on the inside cover or on the back of a book.

Please note that after receiving these information, we will abruptly do the brainstorming and the works. After few moments of waiting, you’re wondering what to expect. So here it goes...

• Our team will request a video conference with you if necessary(Zoom or Google Meet, whichever you may prefer) at your most convenient time. Here, we are going to present to you our work-in-progress job. We will be discussing your feedbacks, suggestions, and revisions if there’s any for the project

• We will give you three (3) cover layout options. 

• Please know that we are accepting two (2) rounds of free revisions. After that and still want to add revision, it will cost $50 per hour and that will be done offline. That is the reason why we insist video meetings for us to finalize all the last-minute changes that might cause delays along the way. And of course, the line of communication for the both parties will run smoothly through this.

• We are looking forward that you finally chose the cover and the back cover you liked the most. Don’t just listen to your intuition but also in your heart as well. Because it is only with the heart that one can see rightly. (wink, wink!)

• In this package it also includes cover formatting. What we needed here is the ISBN for us to generate the barcode. You can get this through www.bookow.com.

• Please provide us also the information for your printer and/or publisher that you will use. Note that every printer have different specifications (such as KDP, Ingram Spark, or even if you are using Offset printer, we just need the specifications and details.)
